- Product is damaged or broken upon delivery

- Product has been used or assembled and shows signs of use
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, misuse, overloading)
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
- Request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Product purchased at a discounted/sale price (unless defective)
- 1Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
- 2Share a clear photo or video showing the issue with the product
- 3Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- 4If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on returning the item
- 5Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
Prepaid Orders (UPI / Bank Transfer)
Refund credited to your original UPI ID or bank account within 3–5 business days after return is approved and product received.
COD Orders
Refund for Cash on Delivery orders is sent via UPI or bank transfer. We will collect your UPI ID or account details via WhatsApp.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we bear the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then raise a return request if needed.
