Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation on WhatsApp with product details, price, and estimated delivery date. Inquiring about a product does not constitute a confirmed order.
Accepted Payment Methods
No Payment Gateway
We do not use any online payment gateway. All payments are done manually. We will never ask for your OTP, card number, or PIN. Please do not share these with anyone claiming to be from us.
Pricing Policy
All prices are wholesale-to-retail — no hidden markups. Delivery charges, if any, are always communicated before your order is confirmed.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or a full refund.
