Covers manufacturing defects only — from the date of purchase. Product must be functioning abnormally due to a factory fault, not physical damage or misuse.
General Toys & Accessories
Standard toys, newborn accessories, and non-electric products. If a product arrives broken or stops working due to a manufacturing fault within 7 days, we will replace or refund it.

- Damage from overloading (exceeding the product's weight capacity)
- Damage from incorrect battery charging or incompatible chargers
- Water damage or exposure to rain/moisture
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs

- 2Share a video clearly showing the defect or malfunction
- 3Our team will assess and respond within 24–48 hours
- 4If the claim is valid, we will arrange replacement, repair, or refund
Age-Appropriate Use
All products are intended for the age groups specified on the product or communicated at the time of purchase. Please do not allow younger children to use products meant for older age groups.
Adult Supervision Required
Ride-on vehicles, battery-operated toys, and products with small parts must always be used under adult supervision. Baby Vibe's™ is not liable for injuries resulting from unsupervised use.
Weight & Load Limits
Each ride-on vehicle has a specified weight capacity. Exceeding this limit may damage the product and pose a safety risk. Please follow the capacity guidelines shared at the time of purchase.
Charging Safety
Use only the charger provided with the product. Do not overcharge. Do not charge overnight or leave unattended. Misuse of charging can damage the battery or create a safety hazard.
